John Osborn

John is an ad industry veteran who has transformed his traditional media background into digital advertising leadership roles. He headed up media planning and buying for numerous BBDO and OMD blue chip clients from Visa and FedEx to DuPont and Eli Lilly. He subsequently was first North American Business Development Director for Teads, the ad tech start-up that invented outstream video advertising. Most recently as Prohaska Consulting team member, he co-authored industry white papers on Programmatic for the Local TV, Radio and Digital OOH industries. John writes for several industry trade publications - many as a Media Post Video Insider.
Dana Jones
Co-Founder,

Chief Creative Officer
Dana is a third-generation advertising professional, with decades of experience in broadcasting, print and Internet advertising. In 2000 he created what would become Turnstil's interactive ad format that had its first success with Ultramercial
LLC. He is a former faculty member of Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, and a past board member of the Advertising Photographers of America chapter in Los Angeles. He developed ad campaigns utilizing our format for clients such as E-Trade, New York Times, Mercedes Benz, Rimmel London, Honda, and Levi's. He builds user interfaces for both publishers and advertisers using our format.
Matthew Tomsho
Co-Founder and
Chief Technical Officer
Matt brings an eclectic set of experience in the data management and Web 2.0 worlds. He has extensive experience in developing database backed systems designed specifically for the web, as well as data extraction and analysis tools for use in web based systems. He has written multiple APIs (Application Programmer Interfaces - used to make possible secure data access to proprietary databases,) as well as experience using 3rd party APIs (such as various Google APIs) to extract and manage data. Current Technology Lead for Turnstil, in charge of developing the delivery systems as well as collecting and presenting effectiveness metrics for client advertising experiences.
Mathias Kruck
VP, Client Success and Partnerships
Mathias is a Digital Business Strategy professional whose specialty is working with clients globally to get the best out of their data and media operations. As VP for Customer Success and Strategic Partnerships at Cxense, he worked with large clients and created a network of technology providers that combined strengths and created value.
His experience in online media and advertising technology reaches back over 10 years and includes roles at legacy DMPs such AudienceScience, where he was Global Account Director for their largest advertising client P&G, and Krux (now Salesforce), where he supported clients as Director of Advisory Services.
